My home away from home:
Living in Chicago creates a certain hustled cadence in my life. I often find myself yearning for the simpler times at Cooper’s Lake, Pennsylvania ‘Medieval Glamping’ with my Pennsic Family.
What makes LCW special:
Many companies focus on honing their employee’s key competencies, but it takes a special company to focus their efforts on bolstering interpersonal and cultural awareness. Working with professionals who care about and deeply understand intercultural relationships is truly a blessing.


Conner joined LCW in the spring of 2020 as the Office Manager. He brings his experience in sales, marketing, and program experience to the team and helps maintain the standard operations of the physical office in Chicago. His goal is to help develop standardized processes and procedures to help assist his teammates in their everyday lives.

Conner moved to Chicago in the summer of 2017. Prior to his start at LCW, he lived and worked in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in the Student Housing Industry, working as the General Manager of an apartment community there. He attributes much of his cultural competence to being able to work with many different students from all walks of life, giving him access to different points of view, frames of mind, and values of life.

Raised in middle-Georgia, Conner attended and received his Bachelor’s in English from Kennesaw State University. He plans to continue his professional growth in the summer of 2020 by attending a Co-Active Training Institute coaching course to become a certified professional development coach.
