A month into the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are still struggling to define “normal” among the personal and professional challenges that we now have to confront – whether it’s pandemic-related stress, physical distancing measures, or remote working.
Meanwhile, inclusive leaders at every level are searching for the best ways to support their colleagues and communities through the xenophobia and racism exacerbated by this crisis. In response to this, LCW held a virtual town hall, Inclusive Leadership: Responding to Xenophobia During the COVID-19 Pandemic to provide an open forum for leaders from a wide range of organizations to share their stories and concerns in this new environment. Together, we worked through various scenarios and crowd sourced solutions for supporting targeted communities, both as members and as allies.
