With the daily headlines on the impacts of racial injustice and other forms of marginalization in the workplace, knowing what action to take in a corporate setting can be daunting. Corporations tend to focus on more superficial talk of representation and having historically marginalized groups “present at the table.” In the meantime, the crucial, deeper discussions around inter-group dynamics don’t take place and have little impact when they do. Recent events have made it clear that these conversations are essential and must be urgently addressed.
