Group Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)® Debrief

In addition to individual IDI® Assessments (Intercultural Development Inventory) and debriefs, organizations often choose to add a group dialogue around the strengths and opportunities presented by collective IDI® results according to function, team, etc. LCW can conduct these group Intercultural Development Inventory® debriefs as standalone sessions or as part of larger facilitated workshops to maximize group learning and development in blind spots related to unconscious bias.
