An extended and innovative learning experience that uses learning partnerships or ‘global mentors’ to build cross-cultural communication competence.
Participants of different backgrounds are paired for 6-12 months:
- To build transformative skills
- Explore scenarios where cultural differences and global diversity impact their roles.
- Each pair receives assignments to help build key skills for addressing the cultural aspects of real-time business issues, with opportunities to explore themes from one’s own as well as their partner’s perspective.

Program Format
- Skill-Building Workshop Training – Developed by adult learning experts, Skill-Building Workshops help participants readily convert concepts into behaviors. Workshops are delivered on-site (max. 35 participants) or virtually in our Adobe Connect Classroom (max. 50 participants).
- On-Site or Virtual Options
