OUR STORY
Following their experience as Peace Corps Volunteers, Monica Francois Marcel and Randall Stieghorst were inspired by the idea of helping individuals and organizations succeed in an increasingly global and culturally diverse environment. Since 2000, we’ve grown into a team of individuals committed to helping clients successfully navigate the ever-changing complexities of communication, inclusion, and culture.
Across five continents, we work with organizations from Fortune 100s with a global presence to non-profits focused on diverse communities. They turn to us for our ability to quickly understand their specific needs and develop the right training, consulting or translation solutions. We do this with one goal in mind: That every individual – from executives to individual contributors — has the tools to collaborate, thrive, and succeed across cultures.
